SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bling and Speed. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

1. Processing your order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
 

2. Shipping Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping

After your payment is authorised and verified all orders are processed within 5 days. We will contact you if there are any delays.
 

All in stock products we aim to have your order packed and shipped within 48hrs of order placement if purchased on a week day, if purchased over the weekend your order will be processed and shipped on next business day.
 

All custom saddle pad orders the shipping time frame is 4 - 12 weeks after order placement/confirmation. 

All Pro Orthopaedic Equine orders if not already in stock please allow 4 weeks for order to arrive before we can ship to you.

3. Shipment and delivery

Bling and Speed are an Australian Business who ships domestic and internationally to New Zealand, Canada and United States.

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order. We ship from Mackay Queensland using Australia Post.

All orders for in stock products will be shipped within 48hrs of order placement and tracking number will be emailed to you for your reference.

All custom orders or orders placed on items not in stock will be shipped within 24hrs of arriving at our location. Tracking information will be sent to your email address as well as shipment confirmation.

Local pick up is available for free and this can be selected at checkout. Local pick up is available at our location in Sarina 4737 on weekends or at any of the events we attend in Mackay 4740 on weekends.

Product Availability Disclaimer:

We want to provide you with the best shopping experience possible, and that includes being transparent about product availability. Our store carries a selection of products from the Bling and Speed brand, which are always readily available in-store.

For products under the Bling and Speed line, you can expect to find them in-stock and ready for immediate purchase at any time. However, please note that some other products are sourced from a distributor and are ordered at the time of your purchase.

In the rare event that a product you order is temporarily out of stock due to high demand, restocking, or other factors, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to wait for the product to become available, select an alternative item, or receive a refund for the out-of-stock product.
