SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bling and Speed. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

1. Processing your order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Availability, dispatch and delivery

We sell in-stock items, preorders, custom-made items and products supplied to order. Please check the individual product page for availability and any estimated dispatch or arrival timing. Not every item shown online is held at our Sarina shop.

For in-stock orders, our dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please place and pay for your order by 5 pm Queensland time on the day before a dispatch day for that dispatch run. This schedule does not apply to preorders, custom-made items or products awaiting supply.

Preorder, custom-made and supplier-order estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay or an availability problem and discuss the options for your order. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We offer delivery within Australia and selected international destinations. Available shipping methods and charges depend on the products, their shipping profile and your delivery address, and are shown at checkout. Not every product can be shipped to every destination. If no delivery option appears, please contact us before ordering so we can check the options.

Orders may be dispatched from our Sarina store or directly from a supplier, depending on the product. Tracking details are provided when a tracked shipment is dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from order preparation time and can vary by destination and service.

Where pickup is offered at checkout, please select it when ordering and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting. Our Sarina shop is at 13 Central Street, Sarina QLD 4737. Event collection is by prior arrangement only.

In the rare event that a product you order is temporarily out of stock due to high demand, restocking, or other factors, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to wait for the product to become available, select an alternative item, or receive a refund for the out-of-stock product.
