Desert Crown Felt Hats are our premium felt hat line, made from 5X Australian wool felt with a structured crown and a true Western silhouette. These hats are designed to hold their shape, wear well, and suit everything from barrel racing and rodeo days to Western pleasure, events, and everyday country wear.

Brim styles
We offer different brim styles to suit how you wear your hat:

Rodeo Brim – built for arena days and a sharper, more “sport” Western look

Show Brim – a steeper brim style for a more traditional pleasure/reining vibe

Colours
Colour drops vary, but Desert Crown has included shades such as:
Red, Orange, Yellow, Burgundy, Magenta, Purple, Lavender, Light Pink, Light Blue, Mint, Aqua, Turquoise, Peacock, Royal Blue, Forrest Green, Navy, Beige, Sand, Coffee, Chocolate, Gray & Black
Sizing
Our hats come in:
53cm, 55cm, 57cm, 59cm, 61cm
Each hat includes an internal Velcro-style sizing strip so you can comfortably size down by 1cm:

53cm adjusts down to 52cm

55cm adjusts down to 54cm

57cm adjusts down to 56cm

59cm adjusts down to 58cm
- 61cm adjusts down to 60cm
If you’re between sizes, measure your head and choose based on the fit you prefer - and remember you can size down internally by 1cm.
