Refund policy

At Bling and Speed, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and great customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer store credit or exchange options where applicable.

General Returns

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only, provided:

• The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

• The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging

• You can provide proof of purchase

Please contact us before returning any items to receive approval and return instructions.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:

• All sale items

• All saddles

• Any item purchased using a discount of 25% or more

Custom Orders (Including Custom Saddles)

Custom-made items such as saddles built to a customer’s specifications are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the item is faulty or does not meet its described purpose under Australian Consumer Law. We take the utmost care to ensure these items are built to your exact requirements and approved specifications.

Faulty Items

If an item is found to be faulty or does not meet the acceptable quality standards under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. In such cases, you may be entitled to a:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Refund (only if the issue is major and falls within the conditions defined under consumer guarantees)

We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a resolution.

Colour Disclaimer 

Exact colours of merchandise may vary due to photography lighting, screen resolutions, and monitor settings.

Return Postage

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

• We recommend using tracked postage as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
