Refund policy

At Bling and Speed, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and great customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer store credit or exchange options where applicable.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit or an exchange, rather than a cash refund. Please contact orders@blingandspeed.com.au before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in their original condition with tags and packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Sale items, saddles, custom-made orders and items discounted by 25% or more are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

These change-of-mind conditions do not apply to your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Faulty goods and warranties

Our goods come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. These rights are separate from our change-of-mind policy and are not limited to 14 or 30 days.

If a product has a problem, please contact orders@blingandspeed.com.au with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem, but you do not need the original packaging to make a consumer-guarantee claim.

For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may provide a free repair within a reasonable time. If the problem is not remedied within a reasonable time, further remedies may be available under Australian Consumer Law. Any entitlement to compensation under the law is unaffected.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return costs. Please contact us before arranging expensive or bulky freight so we can work out suitable return arrangements.

Any additional manufacturer or product warranty is in addition to, not instead of, your consumer-guarantee rights. We will honour additional warranties and promises made when you purchased the product. Nothing in our Terms or policies excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Exact colours of merchandise may vary due to photography lighting, screen resolutions, and monitor settings.

Return Postage

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

• We recommend using tracked postage as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
