EOFY Saddle Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Sale Period:

   • All orders must be placed, and deposits paid by the cut-off date of June 11.

2. Ordering Process:

   • To order a saddle, please refer to our custom saddles page for detailed information on the ordering process.
   • A deposit is required at the time of order to confirm the purchase.

3. Postage and Delivery:

   • Postage from our store will be at the buyer's expense.
   • Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Build Time:

   • All saddles have a 90-day build time from the date the order is confirmed and the deposit is received.

5. Customisation:

   • Each saddle is custom-built to your specifications. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.

6. Payment:

   • The deposit must be paid by June 11 to secure the order.
   • The remaining balance must be paid prior to the shipment of the saddle.

7. Refunds and Exchanges:

   • Due to the custom nature of the saddles, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
